About 730 North Optometry

Every practice has an address, but not every practice has a story. Ours began with a simple belief: that eye care should feel personal and genuinely connected to the community it serves. For more than 20 years, we’ve been serving the communities of Lake County. The families, students, commuters, and longtime locals who make Libertyville feel like home. We created a space where every person who walks in feels welcomed.

One image shows a woman wearing glasses and holding a pair of glasses. Another image shows a woman sitting at a desk with a monitor and a chair. Another image shows a woman sitting in a chair with a young girl. Another image shows a young boy wearing glasses and a medal. How We Became Your Eye Care Home

730 North Optometry wasn’t built to be the biggest practice around; it was built to be the right one. We wanted to create an eye care home where families could grow with us, children could feel understood, adults could find clarity, and seniors could feel supported.

Our story is rooted in something simple: human connection. We’re here because we love what happens when great vision and genuine compassion come together. And if you’ve ever felt like your eye doctor didn’t quite “get you,” we’re here to change that narrative.

Why Choose 730 North Optometry

We’re proud to be the kind of practice where you’re greeted with real smiles, where questions never feel silly, and where your eye care is explained in a way that feels clear. Our approach is rooted in the things Lake County families value most: honesty, education, and meaningful time with your eye doctor.

We take our role seriously, but we keep our atmosphere warm. We offer advanced specialty services, but we deliver them with heart. We use the latest technology, but we never forget that eye care is personal. Above all, we believe that great vision should feel accessible, understandable, and tailored to the way you live.

Our Commitment to Lake County, Illinois

If you’ve spent any time in Libertyville, Kildeer, Mundelein, Vernon Hills, Waukegan, or surrounding communities, you know how special Lake County is. The friendly waves from neighbors, the energy of Milwaukee Avenue, the parks filled with families, the students hustling between activities, and the long-timers who’ve seen us grow and evolve.

We’re proud to serve a community that’s full of life, learning, and connection. And we don’t take our role here lightly. Every appointment, every conversation, every moment spent caring for your eyes is our way of giving back to a place that gives so much to the people who live here.
