Eye Care for Families in Libertyville & Lake County

Aside from everyone being knowledgeable, this is the friendliest office. I’ve always had a great experience with the Staff members. They have the best frame selection. Although I have a family plan, unfortunately, it was discontinued at this facility. I love it here so much, I took out my own personal insurance, just to be able to come to 730 North Optometry!

I saw Dr. Santilukka for an eye exam and she was so kind and attentive. She took the time to guide me, answer all my questions, and help me find the best prescription for my needs. The whole experience felt easy and comfortable. Will definitely come back with my kids for their eye exams. Highly recommend!

Excellent standard of care. I was greeted by the receptionist at the door and checked in for my scheduled eye exam. While waiting for my exam, I browsed frame options for my glasses. Everything ran on time and I was out the door in 30 minutes. The staff are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I rarely leave business reviews l, but this was worth my time. Highly recommend.

The tech explains the instructions for each test very clearly. She was also very patient and polite during the tests. Dr. (Pearl) Santilukka was positive and upbeat. She was thorough with testing and asking questions. She was also personable and engaged in pleasant conversation (not just doctor talk; you're a human being too). She explained our options thoroughly for both of my sons; one needs glasses (& contacts for sports) for the first time and the other's prescription was too minor to require glasses. So she didn't have us glasses just to get glasses. I've been going there for many years (20+) and the quality of care and professionalism remains a "10". I also like the bright waiting room where you can view glasses as well.

Visited 730 N Optometry as a first-time patient and was very impressed! Parking was super easy and convenient—being right on Milwaukee Ave might make you wonder about parking, but they have their own lot so it’s no issue. The receptionist was very friendly and explained everything clearly, and they took me right at my scheduled appointment time, which I really appreciated. Dr. Santilukka was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable right away, like I’d been going there for years. Highly recommend!!!

I've been going to 730 North Optometry for about 15 years now. Their quality of service has never changed. I've always been met with smiles and genuine, caring people. The eye doctors are top tier and are extremely competent. Their glasses selection is also always stylish with great variety. Can't think of a better place to help me with my vision. Will be going back for many more years to come!

The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. As a glasses wearer, I easily found many options within their frame selection. I’ve now received my new glasses and they are the best I’ve ever had. Found this place about 3 years ago. Associates are friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. John Ichishita is incredible. Appointment times aren't weeks ahead and service is unmatched. Highly recommend this place 👌

Choose this office for all of your optical needs. Drs are experts, staff will accomodate all of your appointment needs, opticians and huge selection of gorgeous frames always available . One if my favorite Drs.offices!! The exam will be complete and you will have all of your questions answered.

Always feel I am in good hands during my entire visit. Friendly staff including the desk people and Dr Pak.

The office saw me on an emergency basis and quickly diagnosed a detached retina. They took photos and arranged for me to see the ophthalmologist that same day. This was more than five star treatment. It is the way that medical care should be delivered in this country. Thank you for that experience.

Great local business. Entire family gas been using 730 for over a decade and always received excellent service and quality products. Adjustments including lens replacement. Have purchased glasses at less expensive stores and returned back to 730 for higher quality glasses and services
